Tally Ho Starts Sea Trials

Published 01:00 on 4 Jun 2024

Back in 2017 a young Englishman, Leo Sampson Goolden, rescued an old abandoned boat called Tally Ho a yacht that had won the Fastenet race back in 1927. He paid $1 for the wrecked gaff cutter, had it transported to Sequim in Washington state, USA. Then over the last 7 years with numerous skilled volunteers Leo has transformed the wreck into a wonderful sailing vessel that the original designer, Albert Strange would be proud of. So if you are into boat restoration or just fascinated by the idea of one crazy Englishman taking on a seemingly insurmountable project then follow the links provided to watch videos from start to finish.
