Ashore

We have the luxury of two clubhouses at Coombe Cellars and EastCliff. All members of TCYC, regardless of how they enjoy their sailing, are members of both locations and are free to use facilities equally.

Our dinghy sailing and RYA Training Centre is located on the South bank of the Teign estuary at Coombe Cellars near Combeinteignhead. The site has space for members to store their kayaks, SUP boards, dinghies, daybooks and small trailer-based cruisers. The boat park is usually quite full but we always endeavour to find a space for new arrivals.

Our brand new clubhouse at Coombe Cellars gives club members a modern up-to-date set of facilities that provide a range of facilities for members to use. The clubhouse has been designed with a 'wet' floor on the Ground Floor with changing rooms, toilets and a training room. Upstairs is the 'dry' floor and is for members to use to meet and relax. Also upstairs there is a clubroom, kitchen and roof terrace. This floor can be accessed via the staircase by the front door or via the wheelchair-capable lift in the hall.

Our Eastcliff Clubhouse is located on the sea front in the heart of Teignmouth with glorious views across Lyme Bay. The Club house has a well stocked bar, refreshments and comfortable seating; although the facilities are not open every day.
