TCYC SUP Board Hire

Our SUP boards can only be hired by members for use at Coombe Cellars or during an organised paddle session.

The club have 5 boards and 5 four piece paddles which can be used as three piece paddles for either stand up paddling or for Kayak paddling. To make kayak paddling a little easier we also have 5 seats that can be fitted if required.

The boards are 10'10'' x 33'' x 6'', 330 litre, so they are large and stable, nominal maximum payload 200kg (440lbs), for beginners 120kg (265lbs).

There is no charge for using the SUP boards and they are available on a first come first served basis.

Members using the boards should be competent swimmers and be familiar with the safety considerations when using a paddle board. Buoyancy Aids MUST be worn when using a paddle board.
