Training Information

TCYC is an RYA Approved Training Centre for teaching both Sail and Power boat courses. Sail Training courses are run for both Adults and Juniors. In addition we run Powerboat Courses. Ancillary courses such as First Aid, VHF Radio courses etc are also available from time to time.

Our training centre is based at our new custom built facility at our Coombe Cellars site on the South bank of the Teignmouth estuary.

This location provides a sheltered stretch of water ideal for beginner to find their feet.

All courses are for members only so if you are interested in learning to sail with us then please join the club.
