I am thinking of selling my sailing boat as I dont really use it anymore.
It is called Collage and is on a swing mooring not far from Polly Steps.
I am paid up for the year but after that you would have to relocate it.
LOA 30ft. Beam 10.5ft. Draft 4.8ft
Bilge Keel, Sloop Rig, Builder is Thames Marine
It has a Beta 20 Diesel engine
Electric Windlass
6 berth which comprises of double v berth, double dining table when dropped and 2 spaces in rear under the hatch
2 new batteries
Brand new Genoa
New running rigging
The washboards and hand rails externally will need attention.
In general it is is good condition but some issues with the external wood with one hand rail missing and some headlining in the saloon removed and painted instead.
The best thing would be to come and have a look at it and see for yourself.
