Teign Corinthian Yacht Club

Welcome to the website for Teign Corinthian Yacht Club  based in Teignmouth in South Devon.

There is an active round-the-cans yacht racing fleet in the club and races are held every Wednesday evening in the summer with the races being started from the clubhouse.

The club also has a very active dinghy section with dinghy sailing taking place at the club's second property at Coombe Cellars on the South bank of the River Teign estuary. Because of the sheltered nature of this location, dinghy racing takes place all year round.

Training is a vital part of the club's activities encouraging new members and beginners to acquire and improve their sailing skills and the club is an accredited RYA Training Centre.

We have an active cadet section and have very close links to other youth organisations in the local area encouraging young people to take part in water-based activities.

Regular Club Nights and social events are held at the Eastcliff clubhouse which has bar and full catering facilities.
